Kevin Butler is an award-winning creative director based in Venice Beach, California. He has led creative teams at advertising agencies such as TBWA\Media Arts Lab, Chiat Day, and Deutsch LA, working with clients such as Apple, Volkswagen, PlayStation, and Airbnb. He has also built and led in-house creative teams at companies such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google. Additionally, he occasionally works as a commercial/film director and has created work for Google, Apple, Facebook, Tinder, House Beer, and Atoms Shoes.
In his spare time, he draws and paints and has collaborated with Herschel Supply, Vans, Almond Surfboards, Igloo, and Volkswagen. His work has been exhibited in LA, NY, Vancouver, Amsterdam, and Japan. It all started for him in the School of Advertising at the Academy of Art University.
